You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not abuse the service, interfere with other accounts, probe security controls, send spam, or upload content you do not have permission to use.

You retain ownership of vocabulary and other content you create. You give CardPuff permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide the service. When you share a deck, invited learners receive read-only access while your Pro access remains current.

AI-generated translations and extracted text may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them. CardPuff is a learning aid and does not guarantee educational, professional, or legal outcomes.

Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancellation. Changing from Pro to Free schedules cancellation at the end of the paid period, and Pro access remains available until that date. Charges and refunds are subject to the checkout terms shown by Stripe and applicable law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or service risks. You may stop using CardPuff at any time.

CardPuff is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
